Problem
Collecting 3% of shares allows shareholder proposals, yet accessibility and procedural issues impede this right.
There are several barriers to making a shareholder proposal, including changing general perceptions and gathering support. Additionally, current process offers limited chances for shareholders to support proposals.
Many shareholders are more focused on financial aspects, leading to limited awareness of their rights and how to effectively engage in the proposal system.
There’s no space for like-minded people to connect, making it difficult to use the shareholder’s proposal system, as individuals must personally gather support.
The current right delegation system allows individuals to delegate their rights to only a single proposal. This imposes boundaries on their rights.

Systemic Solution
IPAS (Integrated Power of Attorney System) consolidates the rights of individual shareholders.
IPAS manages each individual's response, incorporating proposals that garner support from over 3% of total shares into a unified power of attorney. This marks a significant departure from the previous process, which allowed only a single delegation and suffered from time and cost constraints.
